Technician for Network Monitoring
Job Description:
- Working in shifts to monitor the quality of telecommunication systems through the system for management and maintenance of the telecommunications network (within the managed service)
- Fewer interventions to solve problems in the telecommunications network (within the managed service)
- Escalation of medium and high-level problems in the telecommunications network (within managed services)
- Adherence to procedures and tasks for effective remediation of emerging problems and critical situations in the telecommunications network (within managed services)
- He is obliged to comply with all regulations and instructions in the field of safety and health at work
- When working, he uses appropriate means and equipment for personal protection, depending on the type of work
- Uses a computer during work, regularly reporting to the superior in the agreed form
- Undertaking all necessary measures in order to comply with quality standards and improve efficiency and productivity in one’s field of work
Requirements:
- Secondary or higher vocational education
- Active knowledge of the English language
- Necessary knowledge of the German language
