Project Manager in the Sector of Passive Optical Networks
Job Description:
- Project management of construction of passive optical networks
- Coordination and management of the construction team (coordinators, technicians, fitters,…)
- Control of the activities of engaged subcontractors
- Collaboration with the design team
- Weekly and monthly project status reporting to senior management and the client
- Ensuring the quality of the work performed in the field
- Participation in the planning phase of the project
Requirements:
- Higher vocational education, technical orientation
- Minimum of 1 (one) year of work experience in the same or similar jobs or an equivalent combination of knowledge and education
- Experience in building infrastructure (preferably in the field of telecommunications)
- Project Manager certificate preferred (PMI, IPMA, PRINCE 2 or equivalent)
- Strong management, organizational and communication skills
- Driver’s licence B category
- Active knowledge of the English language
