Passive optical network implementation technician
Job Description:
- Works on installation of underground and overhead optical cables according to the project documentation
- Works on finishing optical cables and making extensions according to the project documentation
- Testing and calibration of built connecting roads and networks
- Regular maintenance, servicing and repair of networks and connecting roads within the warranty period, as well as networks and connecting roads of users with which maintenance contracts have been concluded
- Determination of failure on passive optical networks and connecting pathways
- Based on established failures and an open work order, carrying out the necessary repairs while keeping a regular record of spent material and works carried out
Requirements:
- Secondary education 3rd or 4th degree, technical orientation
- At least one year of work experience for the specific position or equivalent combination of knowledge and education
- Driver’s license category B
