We are proud to announce that we received the basic Family Friendly Enterprise (FFE) certificate, which is awarded by the TMS certification body, according to the standards of the “Ekvilib” Institute from Slovenia.
The FFE certificate implies the creation and implementation of HR policy as a socially responsible company, which is primarily focused on its employees, family values and establishing a balance between private and business life of its employees.
Katarina Acević, HR Director of the Roaming Group, received a letter of acknowledgment on behalf of the company.
“Employee satisfaction is our priority, and we have been evaluating and analyzing their satisfaction and motivation at work for a long time, so that we can respond to their needs in the best possible way. In this phase of certification, the benefits that the employees said were the most significant were adopted, which is the most important thing for us, because we want to provide an optimal working environment for everyone”, said Katarina.
The Family Friendly Enterprise certificate is a confirmation that the Roaming Solutions Group has offered its employees benefits that directly affect the quality of life, including flexible working hours, days off for employees when their child starts going to school or kindergarten, a gradual return to work after a long absence, a package of free private healthcare services, as well as many other benefits that help employees reconcile private and business life.
The ceremonial presentation of the certificate was held on November 18th, 2021 in the Roaming Group’s office building.
