Roaming Networks Group General Manager, Rade Vujović, gave students and final-year students of the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering and the Faculty of Electrical Engineering presentations about our company as well as about the Engineer of the Future program which has been successfully implemented in cooperation with faculties for years.
He pointed out that our company strategically supports higher education of young people in Serbia and wishes to bring young people closer to „what an engineer’s working day really looks like” through vocational education and training programs.
He responded to students’ questions about first job challenges they will face, differences in doing business in Serbia and other countries and about young engineers’ development path to becoming managers in communication technology companies.
Rade Vujović also shared his own experiences in the world of information and communications technologies that he gained during 20 years of his career.
“Our door is always open to you – for questions, advice, professional practices, jobs … We try to raise young people’s interest through stable, challenging and global projects to give them a chance to work for Serbian companies in the country and abroad. In November, we are planning a Career Day to which we invite you all to come and, regardless of your educational stage, hear “first hand” what it is like to work on a project“, he added.
Presentations took place on October 15 and 26, 2018.
